With us, all four seasons find their way onto the plate.
From fish and meat to fresh vegetables, salads, game, and goose – we offer the perfect dishes for every time of year, always inspired by what the season has to offer.
Our half-board menu includes a lovingly prepared four-course meal, with a daily choice between two main dishes – vegetarian, meat, or fish from nearby Lake Attersee.
Of course, Austrian classics like Wiener Schnitzel, Kaiserschmarrn, and our much-loved Beuscherl with bread dumplings are not to be missed.
With our varied menu creations, we give traditional dishes a modern twist by reinterpreting them in creative ways.
From sushi made with freshly caught fish from Lake Attersee to game dishes from our own enclosure and hunting grounds in Straß and Attersee – there’s plenty to discover and enjoy
Our drinks menu also features fruit juices, liqueurs, and schnapps made from our own farm-grown produce.
You can not only enjoy them in our restaurant, but also purchase them in our farm shop – the perfect way to take a taste of the Salzkammergut home with you.
